Santiago

I remembered how I hated this place ten years ago. Even four or three years ago I was very unhappy in Santiago. I always had feel a little strange here. I didn´t like the city, the people, the rythm of the urban life, the transport, everything. I dreamed when I could leave this city, because I wanted to go to the south. But since 2007 this was going to change.

That year I started to fall in love Santiago. The nighlife, the cinema of Lastarria, the neighboord "Concha y Toro", and a lot of places in this city. When I am riding in bike I always try to be wake up, to watch and to discover my city. I love the neighboord near of Parque Bustamante and Santa Isabel, I love Pedro de Valdivia Norte too, near of San Cristobal Hill; the Barrio Yungay, and many other places like Paris and Londres, and the New York street.

I think that Santiago is a very interesting city. A city that is a mixture of styles. The new and the old construction are here, all togheter chaoticly. A years ago I thought that this mixture became ugly this city, but now I think this is very unique. I don´t know if this is good or bad, simplely I think this is own of Santiago.
