A piece of art

I am a student of History of art, but I have to say that I don´t have a favourite artist.
I feel seduced by impresionist and expresionist. I like how they made fascinant composition and how they use the color and the brushstroke, I like the texture of their paintings. Once a time I had the opportunity to went a museum very important about this artists and I was very happy there. I saw pictures about Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, among others.

I like cinema too. It´s difficult to me talk about authors in this topic, because I don´t know all movies about each one of them. But I like for example "Ladri di bicicleta" of Victorio di Sica, an italian film maker, also I like "Hiroshima mon amour", of Alain Resnais, and "La Strada" of Fellini. Maybe I like the composition with black and white in that movies, I like the histories too (now I remember other movie in black and white that I love, "Das weisse band“).
I like old movies, but news too. In the last case I like, for example, movies of Lars Von Trier, David Lynch and Stanley Kubrick. But I have to say again that I don´t know all their filmography. I like how they, in special Lars Von Trier, David Lynch and the director of "Das weisse band“, Michael Haneke, get the fear into of you with their movies. I don´t know if I can explain about this, is difficult even in spanish. I try to say that in their movies you don´t see the evidence of terror, but terror appears into you. Not just terror but ominous.

Few days ago I went to the cinema to watch „The Artist“, a movie about movies in the era of mute cinema. I liked the movie. I love movies, but now when I remember, I think I didn´t go to the cinema last year... That was my firts time in teh last year...
